ARIES Content Management
ARIES Content Management system is a comprehensive yet easy to use repository for managing all the data and documents that drive an airline's revenue accounting process. This includes sales, flown, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, billings, electronic tickets and final PNR segments from a wide range of sources such as Lifts, CRS, BSP, ATPCO, DCS as well as an airline's own in-house systems.
All coupons and other supporting documents (including manifests & cargo waybills) can be scanned using a range of scanners. With all paper documents stored as an electronic image alongside e-ticket records and the other electronic data that drives an airline, the paperless revenue accounting centre comes a step closer.
Most processes on the host revenue accounting system and many other airline processes can be seamlessly image enabled using the ARIES-IE toolkit.
ARIES Content Management is used by over 25 carriers and service providers ranging from less than 1 million PAX through to 90 million PAX per annum. It is compatible with most revenue accounting systems in the world today and can be offered in a centralised, secure web based or distributed architecture.
