ARIES E-Ticket
ARIES E-Ticket enables any carrier to seamlessly automate the acquisition of industry standard data files such as electronic ticket files (DCS/flown, sold & ESAC) into the ARIES ticket archive and from there into your revenue accounting (RA) system. ARIES handles the various file formats and interfaces while your RA system is automatically fed with the data you need, when you need it and in whatever format required. By using ARIES it is not usually necessary for any changes to be made to the RA system when you introduce ET’s into your network.
E-ticket data can be received from the host CRS, from departure control system (DCS) messages or a combination of both. Optionally a scanner can also be added to the system to capture any paper lifts, making it the perfect solution for a carrier that needs to process both E-ticket and paper lifts as is normally the case today. A complete set of flown data is captured by ARIES, validated and balanced against known passenger counts before being sent to the RA system.
Archived coupon records (e-ticket and paper) can be retrieved & displayed as images using the ARIES viewer applications, often simply linked by a PF-Key to your revenue accounting screens.
